The Town of Schroon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing regarding 1375 US Route 9
Schroon Lake, NY 12870 use variance request. This is the property of the old Severance Store. The
hearing will be April 30, 2025 at 7pm in the town hall meeting room at 15 Leland Avenue, Schroon Lake
NY 12870. The applicant is requesting to be allowed to renovate the existing building and add a
apartment. This is more dwellings on the property that the zoning regulations allow.

meeting room at 15 Leland Avenue, Schroon Lake NY 12870. The applicant is requesting to be allowed
to renovate the existing building and make 6 (six) condominium units. The variance request is to allow
more dwelling units than the zoning regulations allow.
