The Town of Schroon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing regarding Tax lot 136.11-1-1 on Shore Road (aka North Shore Road in Severance) Schroon Lake, NY 12870 for a special permit to allow the construction of a wireless telecommunications facility (cell tower).  In addition the application will require a use variance for the same facility in the SR-20 zone. The hearing will be September 24, 2024 at 7pm in the town hall meeting room at 15 Leland Avenue, Schroon Lake NY 12870.  The antenna tower will be 105’ tall.
