3 – RESOLUTION: Approve town road closures for ADK Marathon and Distance Festival on Saturday, 9/21, and Sunday, 9/22/2024

4 – RESOLUTION: Approve Douglas Bleier as Boat Wash Station attendant, $15.30 / hour

5 – RESOLUTION: Approve appointment of Town Property Tax Assessor for period 8/01/24/2024 through 12/31/2024

6 – RESOLUTION: Approve Town of Schroon social media policy

7 – RESOLUTION: Approve Zoning / Building / Fire Codes reports for 1/01/2024 – 6/30/2024

8 – RESOLTION: Rescind resolution #138 of June 10, 2024

9 – RESOLUTION: Approve purchase of Toro Multipro 1250 sprayer for golf course, cost is $2,500

10 – RESOLUTION: Approve auction/sales of Town Highway, Parks, Buildings & Grounds equipment

11 – RESOLUTION: Approve waiver of Water billing late fees for Suzanne Kaskewski

12 – RESOLUTION: Approve waiver of billing late fees for Michael Savino

13 – DISCUSSION: Town Water and Wastewater District policies, regulations and procedures to be reviewed during workshop meetings and updated as needed

14 – DISCUSSION: Town is researching mass communication systems to serve residents in the event of emergencies or sudden/temporary changes in daily activities.

15 – DISCUSSION: Pine Lane speed limit

16 – DISCUSSION:  DEC waiver of post-closure inspections for old landfill

18 – DISCUSSION: Town credit card, set individual discussions with Clerk to Supervisor

19 – DISCUSSION:  Scheduled Comprehensive Plan meeting date
