1 – RESOLUTION:  Approve Minutes of January 8, January 12, and January 23, 2024 Public Board Meetings

2 – RESOLUTION: Approve Vouchers

3 – RESOLUTION: Approve Mahoney Notify-Plus, Inc. contract for fire alarm inspections effective March 1, 2024

4 – RESOLUTION: Farmers Market location and dates set for 2024

5 – RESOLUTION: Sponsor Farmers Market application for an Adirondack Foundation grant to ease level of food insecurity in our area

6 – RESOLUTION: Approve request for bids for food concession at Town Park

7 – RESOLUTION: Appoint Earl Gould as Temporary Employee at Transfer Station, $18.51/hour effective 2/13/2024

8 – RESOLUTION: Affirm Town Policy 507 in Town of Schroon Employee Handbook is understood to mean all Town vehicles and/or equipment are to be locked (if possible) and keys removed from vehicles and/or equipment when not in use by a Town employee.  Keys are to be kept in secure locations.  No person other than Town employees may drive and/or operate Town vehicles or equipment at any time. Non-employee operation of vehicles and/or equipment will be considered for unusual or emergency circumstances as Town officials or Department heads deem appropriate.  Failure to follow this policy will result in disciplinary action as described in the Town of Schroon Employee Handbook.

9 – RESOLUTION: New truck for Water Department

11 – RESOLUTION: Approve order for UV equipment upgrade for Wastewater Department

12 – RESOLUTION: Due to revised quotes, amend Resolution #38 of 2024 awarding plow purchase to Huttig CDJR to now award purchase to Dejana Truck and Utility Equipment

13 – RESOLUTION: Adopt Local Law #1 of 2024 to increase the annual household income limit from $25,000 to $35,000 for otherwise eligible property owners, age 65 or older, to be eligible for a 50% reduction in their primary residence property assessment

14 – RESOLUTION: 2023 Year End Budget Transfers

15 – RESOLUTION: Accept Building and Grounds 2023 report

16 – RESOLUTION: Accept Town Historian’s 2023 Report, with thanks to Loris Clark

17 – DISCUSSION: Schroon – North Hudson Historical Society – Pomeroy Foundation Grant

18 – DISCUSSION: Employee safety equipment and gear and Employee Handbook requirements

19 – DISCUSSION: Golf Course Committee to reorganize
