On the Proposed Building Codes fee schedule

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed building codes fees schedule for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2025, is available for inspection by any interested persons at all reasonable hours. Please present any questions on the proposed building code fee schedule to the Town Clerk at 15 Leland Ave, Schroon Lake during office hours prior to the date of the public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Schroon Town Board will hold a public hearing on December 9, 2024, beginning at 5:45 P.M. at the Town Hall, 15 Leland Avenue, Schroon Lake, New York, concerning the proposed Building Codes fee schedule. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against any item or items therein contained.
