1 – RESOLUTION: Approve minutes of October 9, 15, 22, 23, 29, 30 and November 7, 2024

2 – RESOLUTION: Approve vouchers

3 – RESOLUTION: Approve job description change from MEO to HEO for Steve Vinciguerra effective 12/09/2024, $22.70/hour

4 – RESOLUTION: Approve incentive payment of $500 to Hunter Allison for the completion of the Class C and 2B Water Operator Licenses

5 – RESOLUTION: Change Job title for Hunter Allison from Water and Wastewater Operator Trainee to Water and Wastewater Operator, effective 11/22/2024, pay rate increase is $2.03/hour

6 – RESOLUTION: Approve one year contract with Barks Recreation Veterinary, LLC effective 1/01/2025 for impoundment services as required by NYS Agriculture & Markets law and updated requirements; annual administrative fee is $2,500.00

 7- RESOLUTION: Approve revised wastewater and water usage fees effective 1/01/2025

8 – RESOLUTION: Approve update of Building & Codes fee schedule effective 1/01/2025

9- RESOLUTION: Accept Library Trustee resignation for Jen Slothower effective 11/13/2024

10 – RESOLUTION: Approve appointment of Catherine Bendert effective 1/01/2025 to complete Jen Slothower’s five- year Library Trustee term ending 12/31/2028

11- RESOLUTION: Accept Library Trustee resignation of Joseph Provoncha effective 12/31/2024

12- RESOLUTION: Approve appointment of Beth Massiano effective 12/01/2025 to complete Joseph Provoncha’s

5-year Library Trustee term ending 12/31/2027

13 – RESOLUTION: Accept Library Trustee resignation of Anne Durkee effective 12/31/2024

14- RESOLUTION: Approve appointment of Carissa Magnan effective 1/01/2-25 to complete Anne Durkee’s 5-year

Library Trustee term ending 12/31/2025

15- RESOLUTION: Approve 5-year Library Trustee renewal terms for Julie Chippendale and Laura Dewey effective 1/01/2025 and ending 12/31/2029

16- RESOLUTION:  Approve change in 2025 Youth Commission Co-Chair budgeted amount from $1,500.00 to three payments of $500 to be paid to each of three seasonal sport coaches.

17- RESOLUTION: Approve 4-year Town of Schroon Highway Superintendent – NYS DOT Shared Services Agreement for emergency assistance to be provided to Town of Schroon in the absence of a declared NYS state of emergency

18- RESOLUTION: Approve annual agreements with HHHN for Physical Examinations and Hepatitis B Immunization

19 – RESOLUTION: Approve meeting to approve year-end invoices

20 – DISCUSSION: AED installation(s)

21- DISCUSSION: Status on EMCOR Project at Wastewater

22 – DISCUSSION: Employee Handbook and Job Descriptions updates

23 – DISCUSSION: Comprehensive Plan hearing date
