NOTICE

The Town of Schroon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing regarding 1130 US Route 9 Schroon Lake, NY 12870 area variance request. The hearing will be August 14 2024 at 7pm in the town hall meeting room  at 15 Leland Avenue, Schroon Lake NY 12870.  The applicant is requesting a five foot set back from the north lot line in leu of the 10’ required to construct a two car garage.
