• Review of a 3-lot subdivision application for Mount Severence Homes 1370 US Rt 9 Schroon Lake, NY 12870 submitted by Lewis Donnelly.
• Discussion of an application to the ZBA for a variance to 1531 US Rt 9 Schroon Lake, NY 12870. The applicant, Lewis Donnelly, is requesting a variance to convert an existing restaurant building into 6 condominium units.  The ZBA has asked the Planning Board to review the application and give an opinion on the project as provided in the Rules and Regulations of the Town of Schroon Zoning Board of Appeals.
