Contractor and Property Owner shall remediate any damage done to municipal property in the course of the project completion.  Or, Contractor and Property Owner shall reimburse the Town of Schroon for the remediation.  Certificate of Occupancy will be issued after such remediation is completed.  Application to be signed by Owner and Contractor.
