Town Board Meeting held May 3, 2007, at 3:15 p.m. at the Town Hall, Schroon Lake, New York

Present:

Supervisor: Catherine L. Moses

Councilmen: Roger Friedman, Donald Sage, Sharron Tyrrell, Clara Phibbs

Hwy. Super.: Michael Marnell- not present

Town Clerk: Janice Tyrrell

The meeting was called to order to discuss bids received for the bandstand project. Don moved a resolution to go into Executive Session at 3:15 PM to discuss a legal issue on the bids with the Town Attorney, seconded by Roger; carried.

Don made motion to come out of Executive Session at 4:20, seconded by Sharron; carried.

Don made motion to reject all bids as recommended by Town Attorney and Engineer for the project, and to re-bid the project with bids to be opened on May 30^{th at 3 PM, seconded by Roger; carried.}

Cathy stated that water project award would take place May 14th at the regular Town Board meeting.

Sharron made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:50 PM, seconded by Clara; carried
