SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING held March 13, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at the Town Hall,

Schroon Lake N.Y.

PRESENT:

DEPUTY TOWN SUPERVISOR: Roger Friedman

COUNCILPERSONS: Councilwoman Clara Phibbs and Councilman Michael Marnell

 TOWN CLERK: Patricia Savarie

  The meeting was called to order at 1:06 P.M. Mark Carpenter was present to discuss the Town of Schroon Insurance Policies.

  Councilwoman Phibbs made a motion to go into Executive Session at 1:07 P.M. seconded by Councilman Marnell; carried.

  Councilwoman Phibbs made a motion to come out of Executive Session at 2:44 P.M. seconded by Councilman Marnell; carried.

  Mark Carpenter went over the Insurance Policy with the Board and they had several questions to ask. Mark made suggestions to the Board on how the Town of Schroon could save a little money on the policies.

  Councilwoman Phibbs made a motion to adjourn at 3:09 P.M. seconded by Councilman Marnell; carried.
