Town Board Meeting held April 2, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, Schroon Lake, New York

Supervisor: Catherine L. Moses

Councilmen: Roger Friedman, Donald Sage, Sharron Tyrrell, Clara Phibbs

Hwy. Super.: Michael Marnell

Town Clerk: Janice Tyrrell

At 3 PM, the meeting was called to order for a conference call on the proposed water project, and the possibility of doing the water lines on Fowler, Windsor, and Fairfield Avenue at an estimated cost of $350,000.

The Board asked the engineer for an estimate for Fowler Avenue and Windsor with completed paving.

At 4:20 PM, we met with our assessor, Rich Schoenstadt. Rich stated that assessment notices are going out in three weeks, and assessments going up on lakefront properties again.

Clara Phibbs moved a resolution to go into Executive Session at 4:24 PM to discuss issues of the lawsuit, seconded by Don; carried.

Don moved a resolution to come out of Executive Session at 5:02 PM, seconded by Clara; carried

The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 PM.
