     A meeting with Clough Harbour & Associates in reference to the
apron project at the airport was



called to order.



     Mike Rossi gave an overall view of the project, and stated that the
proposed parking lot would be



50x50 ft.



     Clara moved a resolution to go into Executive Session at 3:40 PM on
a legal issue pertaining to the



a Sewer Project legality, seconded by Don; carried.



     Clara moved to come out of Executive Session and to adjourn the
meeting at 4:44 PM, seconded by



Don; carried.
